Hello SUBCARD® holders.
You will recently have received communications from us asking every registered card and App user to change their password and for SUBCARD App users to update to our latest version of the SUBCARD® App (version 3.4).
This is due to some new software updates we have put in place. These give you a host of new features and functionality on your account, whilst containing new security upgrades, which will help protect your account and online safety.
To encourage everyone to change their password, and, in addition, for App users to install the latest version of the app, access to online accounts will be restricted and the previous App will no longer function after 25 September.
To ensure you continue to have access to your account, collect those all-important loyalty points and to be alerted of all the new competitions coming soon - just follow the simple links below, if you have not done so already. It is really simple to do.

For App users please download the new app and you will be asked to change your password now using the links below:
For plastic loyalty card users please follow the instructions below to change your password.
To keep yourself and your details safe online, we recommend always using different combinations of user names and passwords for each site you use.
You will need to create a new password which meets the below requirements;
To continue to use your SUBCARD® account, please follow the instructions below;
- Log out of your SUBCARD® App by clicking on the menu bar on the left, and clicking "+ More" and then 'Log out'.
Plastic card customers:
- Go to the SUBCARD® website: subcard.subway.co.uk and click on 'Login'.
Your points are unaffected by updating your App or changing your password and will remain the same as before.
Remember that you can't collect or redeem points until you are logged in. Therefore if your account is locked and you are in store, please ask the Sandwich Artist for an IOU claim receipt so that you can add this to your account online to claim your points. Please login to your account and then go to "Forgotten your SUBCARD®?" to add them.
At SUBCARD® your online safety is our priority, so we'd also encourage you to take the opportunity to change your details across all sites you shop with, especially for those where you hold the same password details across multiple sites.
