Cookie Policy

What are “Cookies”?

“Cookies” are small text files that are stored by the browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Safari) on your computer or mobile phone. They act a bit like a memory bank for the website in that they allow websites to store such things as user preferences. The website is then able to use this information to recognise a user and respond appropriately.

How does this site use cookies?

This site uses Session Cookies. Session cookies allow websites to link the actions of a user during a browser session. They enable websites to keep track of the movement of a user from page to page so the user does not get asked for the same information he/she has already provided on a previous page. This site uses Session Cookies to store technical information, (such as a user’s transaction history) and customer information (such as a user’s SUBCARD® number, email address and home address) during a browser session. The cookies therefore allow this site to remember that you are logged in and to remember the information you provide on each page as you navigate around the site.

Session cookies expire after a browser session – they are not stored for any longer.

How do I turn cookies off?

All modern browsers allow you to change your cookie settings so that you can choose not to allow cookies if you wish. The settings will normally be found in the “options” or “preferences” menu of your browser. In order to understand these settings, the following links may be helpful, otherwise you should use the “Help” option in your browser for more details. Please remember that to make use of this site you will need to have cookies enabled.
